The current status of technical innovation of China's energy company prove that use of energy far from the efficient requirements, technological innovation efficiency is very low, for a large part because of insufficient incentives for technological innovation. But to solve this problem, we need to study technological innovation incentive factors of Science-technology talents, therefore, in-depth study of scientific and technological talents and technology innovation energy enterprises incentives, we must provide incentive mechanism to identify energy problems, and then analyze and solve problems, so improves the energy companies for technological innovation, has important theoretical and practical significance.As the domestic research for technical scientists incentives are mostly concerned for their hard work, but work hard can not guarantee staff will strive to innovate, so the article is mainly discuss Energy enterprises talent incentive for technological innovation and questionnaire mainly using factor analysis, the overall research uses qualitative and quantitative analysis methods.For paper's review Part, explains the definition of technological innovation, technology professionals and other related concepts, and from the perspective of management and economics, sums up the research motivation theory, laid the theoretical foundation of this article. The third chapter summarizes the relevant literature to identify incentives energy companies in scientific and technological personnel problems, and based foreign experiences to solve the up's problems.for the. Chapter forth verify the typical empirical analysis of energy companies to prove the existence of the problems identified above, and based on overseas experience and the analysis of survey data drawn conclusions, build the internal incentive system. As innovation has high externalities, this paper is from the point of government to make a number of recommendations. Finally, the article summarizes the whole paper and pointed out that the lack of papers and future research directions.
