| The ancients said:food is what matters to the people. Food is the human's survival and development of the basic material information. It is economical, and political; also reality and strategic. Ensure that its food security is the most basic industrial policies for any country. China is the world's most populous country, food security in the national security strategy of position also appears especially important. The party's 17th third session specifically pointed out the requirements "to ensure food security for the nation".Along with the advancement of agricultural internationalization, multinational corporation has notably enforced the leading role of global agricultural development, global food and the main agricultural products of control degree is deepening. With China's accession to the WTO, grain market has also enlarged the ranks of the opening.Multinational companies began to enter China market, monopolied the grain market and caused soybean industry crisis. Our comprehensive open grain market transition has ended. How to regulate multinational companies'investment and business activities in food industry to ensure food security for the nation,has become a very important task.Therefore, this paper argues that, we only from actual conditions of the food security, through the study of the concept, the evaluation standards and national economic sovereignty theory, food security in national economic sovereignty is analyzed, in chain; Ipsosing from multinational firms to influence the universality of food security, I try to study the positive role and challenges of the foreign multinational companies starting to China's grain market has produced; Foreign multinational companies has produced the food security challenge,and I analyse the causes from a microlevel, macroscopic aspect, and the international background; Through introducing the experience of abroad guarantee food security, I try to putsforward the strategy of guaranteeing our country's food security. |
