The advent of the information age, electronic industry is rapid developed, with the rapid growth of production and consumption of electronic products, people gradually enhance the dependence, the upgrade and renewal of electronic products also speed up, then a large number of electronic wastes generates. If these e-waste are not effective treatment, a lot of resources will be wasted and the pollution to environment will be much serious.First, If electronic waste have a scientific and effective treatment, on the one hand, to strengthen the relevant laws and regulations, On the other hand is to strengthen the construction of electronic waste recycling network.Currently the study of reverse logistics network design of electronic are not rich,mainly concentrated in the research of reverse logistic network optimization design is on economic cost minimized or economic benefit maximization This research focused on how to establish a ecological efficiency of e-waste reverse logistics network optimization design model,comprehensive consideration of the economic and environmental cost factor,based on the ecological efficiency comprehensive cost for the target,to solve the distribution and material selection of electronic wastes in reverse logistics,Then according to the corresponding environmental constraints,establish contain energy consumption constraints,materials consumption constraints,emissions constraints of ecological efficiency comprehensive cost of optimal e-waste reverse logistics network optimization model,these include environmental constraints for the optimization model of adapting to different environment and policys,for policy makers to provide accurate and scientific decision.Secondly,using the mature method of evaluate efficiency DEA to evaluate the corresponding solution efficiency,in order to find the economy and environment effectivly balance benefit,the optimal scheme of ecological efficiency and other related solutions,decsion maker can based on their environmental conditions,laws and regulations within the limits,choose the corresponding optimal solution,in order to realize efficient allocation of resources,realizing the maximization of ecological efficiency and achieve the objective of sustainable development and circular economy.Fillally, using multi-objective comprtatioanl sofewrae LINDO and Data envelopment analysis calculation software EMS,using programming to solve the problem of the corresponding numerical to the model,and solve raw materials and assignent problem of the ecectronic waste in reverse logistics network optimization. Completed ecological efficiency of six kind scheme, find the ecological efficiency of optimal solution out,and calculate the relative efficiency of all effective solution.
