With the development of data base technique,the quantity of data is increasing severely, it is arising of data explosion.It is the core values of information technology that researching data with data mining for the purpose of scientific prediction and decision support, and is also the direction of future.It is a important approach of informatization construction in agriculture to solve issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers.Food security is widely concerned as a basic problem for the purpose of guaranting national welfare and the people's livelihood.In recent years, department of agriculture development make efforts to investigate food security,collect large numbers of information,obtain valuable achievement, make a mighty advance.But it is rarely to investigate food security prewarning with data mining technology.lt will make a big progress in data analyzing designing food security prewarning system, so as to make it high-efficiency use of rural resource, make it advance of information technology in agriculture, while raising farmer's income.Base upon the guidelines and requirements of ensuring food security and the project named "2007 food security demonstration in ynnan province—building information system",according to practical situations of Yunnan,I design food security prewarning system upon the factors which impact food security with decisiontrees,base on the Asp.net platform and c# operation language.
