Bullwhip effect is demand variability amplification phenomenon in supply chain, causing by small variations needs of the customer, then up the transfer to the upstream through enterprises at all levels of the supply chain, finally make the suppliers face greater demand variability. Affected by these will caused illusion of increased demand, making the manufacturer's production capacity greater than the actual demand, misleading its production plans, increase in production costs, finally resulted in temporary shortages or excess inventory.The thesis research on the inventory optimization analysis based on reducing the manufacturing bullwhip effect, firstly simulate the bullwhip effect in supply chain caused by pull production, founding the phenomenon of out of stock orders and expanding demand for inventory easy happened in each level point through figure of bullwhip effect simulation. Comparing the input variables affect the value of the bullwhip effect, select the reorder point inventory analysis to weaken the bullwhip effect.Analysis the bullwhip effect from the organizational,information structure,decision-making mechanism, combined with postponed manufacturing with which method the automotive industry to minimize the bullwhip effect, chosen the outsourcing of Kanban pull production, reflecting the corporate form a dynamic alliance, timely sharing of information, to pull alternative logistics cycle mode run. Using customer demand order,production capacity,the line side inventory, safety stock of supermarket packaging volume to calculate the number of Kanban cards. Using the fixed volume and time point information of outsourcing Kanban cards to guidance requirements of the ordering operation between the manufacturers and suppliers, achieving alternating logistic cycle run.Combined with automotive industry (s, S) inventory policy, simulating the customer demand, inventory and ordering, inventory level and cost three facts of the outsourcing Kanban pull production (s, S) inventory. With its stock volatility graphics and analysis of stock overall operation cost compare with non-fixed-volume orders (s, S) inventory, getting the result that Kanban pull production (s, S) inventory not only pull the alternating logistic cycle run, but also reduce inventory levels in the manufacturing sector and the inventory operating costs, made a contribution to reduce the bullwhip effect on the manufacturing sector and improve the economic aspects of supply chain operations. And aiming at the Kanban pull production ordering in (s, S) mode to modify the maximum inventory S to reduce the cost of the inventory for further optimization.
