With GanSu Communications Service as listed operations, neutral status to the major Communication carriers, it's marketing efforts gradually be taken seriously. However, the company's marketing ability and level is still very weak to face fierce market competition, fledgling enterprise marketing system can not meet the listing requirements of the development operation. Therefore, how to optimize existing marketing system to meet market demand and development requirements, let it play market competitive advantage, which has great significance to promote the development of GanSu Communications Service.This paper takes the GanSu Communications Service as the research object, analysis the status quo and existing problems of company marketing system,discusses the optimization problem of the company marketing system.The paper has divided into six parts. The first part reviewes the history stage of China comservice, introduces current situation of GanSu Communications Service. The second part describes the theory of marketing system. The third part describes the company's marketing environment in which three aspects of the external environment, the internal environment, the competitive environment.The fourth part build marketing system of GanSu Communications Service on the base of the business characteristics, it introduces the status of marketing system of GanSu Communications Service, analyzes and summarizes the problems of the company's marketing system.The fifth part introduces the principle of optimization of marketing system, mainly from the marketing organization, business processes, service system and marketing management put forward the idea and the program of marketing system optimization.Part VI proposes measures to operate the marketing system.The paper start with the status to analysis the problems and impact factors of marketing systems. It use marketing management theory, discusses the marketing system optimization problem, put forward the idea of optimization and operating of marketing system.
