Design And Implementation Of The Technical Improvement Projects Of The Diet (dry Ice Expanded Tobacco) Line In Qingdao Cigarette Factory

This paper based on the project of enhancing the productability of expanded Tobacco Line of Qingdao cigarette factory,analysised the whole successful process of this project. At the introduction of the great needed to enhance the productability rapidly,by the research and analysis of the process and the equivalent running conditions,with the theory of restriction on bottleneck of production and non-bottleneck of resource, this paper find out the bottleneck resource which limited the QCF's further development.For removing the restriction of insufficiency productivity of expanded tobacco line, Qingdao cigarette factory decided to put the project into practice.With the modern PMC(Project Management Model) and the research of this technological upgrading project, this paper put forward target and time limit requirement,use work breakdown(WBS), scheduled plan, Organization Form,Responsibility Assigned Matrix(LRC) etc.set down detail organization execution to strictly ensure the project was carried out and finished in time.After actualized the project,this paper evaluate the project from all sides, estimate the project's benefits from technique,process quality,economic and social effect.To the shortages exposured during the course of action,this paper also offers improve advices and method.The success of enhance the productability of expanded Tobacco Line of Qingdao cigarette factory sloves the bottleneck of QCF'S production,.on the other hand,brings significant economic and social benefit to the country. Under the circumstances of tobacco industry organization structure consolidation,tobacco factories were forced to face the environment to rapidly enhance their competitive power, this paper take Qingdao cigarette factory as a case,deeply analysised the way to enhance productability,detailedly described the technique improving project to advance productability,and the methods to estimate it, hope it will be useful reference to other tobacco factory's further developing and strength.
