With the rapid development of our economy, China's demand for energy is enlarging day by day.However, the geological condition in vast majority in China is complicated, which may cause numerous natural disasters. Under such case, the great safety accidents are quite easy to occur, which brings out great difficulty to safety production. In the light of frequent occurrence of the coal accident, on the basis of deep analysis of AHP, this paper adopt the systematic structure of J2EE Jsp+Javabean, comprehensively consider various hazards which may influence the safety of coal mine, make use of ambiguous comprehensive evaluation theory and invent the intelligent warning system for the safety production of the coal mine. It mainly includes:1. The warning system for the safety production of coal mine is based on the safety evaluation. and the overall design idea is to input the danger condition of the collected materials(including equipment, facilities, technology and environment) and original data of such danger condition timely (per half a year or a year), to treat hem comprehensively in accordance with the established mathematical model and to do pre-warning combined with the result of comprehensive safety evaluation.2. On the basis of the principle of scientific, comprehensive, systematic, applicable as well as quantitative treatment to indicators, this system comprehensively considers the hazard for the safety production of coal mine, make use of hazard identification theory and methodology to identify the potential dangers existing in coal enterprises and construct a comprehensive pre-warning index system.3. AHP is deeply analyzed. ambiguous evaluation theory is set up on the basis of this methodology. During the exploration of this system, the membership of evaluation indicator is determined by the way of experts and inspectors scoring, and then AHP in multi-objective decision is adopted to determine the weight of index. The aim is to make the weight assignment scientific, reasonable to objectively reflex the importance of each factor. Qualitative analysis will be turned to quantitative analysis. Ultimately, evaluation conclusion can be achieved by adopting ambiguous evaluation theory.4. The safety pre-warning software system for the coal mine is completed by adopting Jsp+Javabeen, the systematic structure through experiments that this system can do the analyze, forecast and evaluation. It can evaluate and forecast the safety of the system and then can play the role of auxiliary decision-making in the safety management of the coal mine.
