Since the rapid development of internet economy,e-banking portals have played a more and more important role in banks operation. And,a lot of researches show that service quality is increasingly developing into the key determinant in differentiating service offers and building competitive advantages. A lot of researches show that E-banking service quality is still determined by customers,expectation and perceived. It is also increasingly developing into the key determinant in perceived. It is also increasingly developing to the key determinant perceiving the service quality of E-banking.College students, is a kind of special groups:they have high degree, can use the computer skilled, thirst for accepting new things.They are the potential consumer groups in the future. Based on the long competitive brand vitality, the bank is necessary to obtain these large special consumer groups.This study reviews the determinants of traditional service industry, banks and Internet services at first, finds that the determinants of college students' Internet bank's service quality are "integrated service","considerate convenience","security and reliability",and"intagibility". Internet banks should pay attention to these determinants, and try to improve their service quality.
