Internet banking as an innovative way of financial services, has advanced with home organization, which is unmatched by traditional banks, it broke through time and space constraints, improve bank customers to conduct business efficiency and quality.1995China first appeared online banking services, to date, there was a relatively slow development of Internet banking, regional development is very uneven and so on.
