Less Developed Regions To Undertake The Study Of Environmental Problems Faced By The Industry Technology Transfer

Industrial Technology plays a vital role in the economy and the development of society. The transfer of Industrial technology is carried out by conscious human activity in a certain social and cultural context, and it is the inevitable outcome of inter-regional differences in social development. The transfer of Industrial technology is an effective measure in search of economic development in China's vast less-developed areas today, and it is the only way which must be passed. As a faster pace of the industrial structure adjustment and upgrade.in the relatively developed eastern coastal regions, it provides a good opportunity for the transfer in the less developed regions to undertake the transfer of industrial technology, with the gradual using of the transfer of industrial technology implemented in less developed regions.It poses a grave threat to the ecological environment of port of destination. Basing on this background, this study uses the transfer of Industrial technology as a starting point and analyzes the eco-environmental problems of the transfer process deeply.On the basis of interal and foreign research, this paper takes the perspective of philosophy of science and technology and it makes a systematic exposition of the relationship between the transfer of industrial technology and eco-environmental changes. Starting from analyzing the mechanism of transfer of industrial technology, the paper expounds the "Matthew Effect" in the industrial technology division and it further illustrates the importance and positive significance of the transfer, then it cites the various problems which may be faced in the process of undertaking, especially in the deterioration of increasingly prominent ecological environment. Then this paper detailedly analyzes the environment of undertaking regional from three angles of the base of ecology, present situation of environment and the environment of undertaking regional from three angles of the base of ecology, present situation of environment and the increased pollution in the process of undertaking. This paper points out that the less-developed areas is overwhelmed by the intensive pollution, and it results in rapid deterioration of the environment due to the fragile basis of eco-environment in the western region of China. Finally, this paper presents some related measures and recommendations for different types of transfer.In the end, the paper advocates that the government must undertake the related responsibilities and consider the local situation to import the technology which is appropriate to local development's needs. The goverment should not pursuit the high-tech or high economic growth rates blindly, and the government must have a strategic vision for sustainable development to pursue the equilibrium point between economic development and environmental protection. The goverment also have to distinguish the different types of pollution. In the end, the goverment will enable the local economic and the sosiety to have a better development by undertaking the transfer of industrial technology.
