With the market increasingly competitive, how to improve product quality, reduce product costs, maximize customer satisfaction, effectively improve core competitiveness. QFD (Quality Function Deployment, QFD) is starting from to meet customer demand, customer needs is the priority of quality control measures, strengthen customer satisfaction is to adopt effective measures to improve the quality of competition, to improve the quality management activities have great significance.This paper study the development of ZF32-126kV Gas Instulated Switchgear(GIS) in Yunnan Switch Factoryas a method of quality function deployment,based on the fuzzy quality function deployment and its application.First, a comprehensive and systematic exploration of the traditional quality function deployment and fuzzy quality function deployment, the traditional three models of quality function deployment and its traditional quality function deployment and structure of the main components, the mathematical principle of fuzzy quality function deployment, access to customer demand is the application of AHP.In this paper, applied traditional QFD to the development of 126kV GIS, access customer needs, determine their importance, translate the needs of customers into the technical characteristics of production, technical characteristics obtained by calculating the degree of importance and competitiveness assessment.
