These two fashion industries, or say a modern leisure, both have chosen "grey" industrial heritage to be their foundation for the future development."Industrial Heritage" is the theme for the whole article and also is the bridge between the Creative Industry in shape of "Loft Creative Industry Parks" and the "Industry Heritage Travelling", which springs up a new idea of "Culture Creativity+ Industry Heritage+Travelling".
