| Venous industry is a new emerging industry accompanied with the increasing pressure of resource and energy, the increasingly stringent enviormental standard and the demand of enviormental law and enviormental market. One important development model of venous industry is Venous Industrial Park (VIP), which is an eco-industrial park where just some enterprises engaged in venous industry. The operation of VIP refers to two markets—waste recycling market and renewable resources market, where VIPs compete increasingly fiercely, along with the attention of the relevant state and local government departments and their promulgation of local renewable resource laws and regulations, and gradual standardization of venous industry, more and more VIP's construction was approved by national and local governments. To stand out in the current immature venous industry and seize the market opportunities, the VIP must increase its market competitiveness and maintain its competitive edge in any way.In this thesis, value chain theory is adapted for the competitiveness analysis of venous industrial park. Through the analysis of domestic and foreign venous industry and venous industrial park development status quo, overview of the value chain theory and competitiveness theory in industrial and enterprise fields, the thesis integrates value chain theory, competitiveness theory, analytic hierarchy process, expert evaluation method, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, data envelopment analysis in order to evaluate venous industrial park's competitiveness, and its contents can be summarized as follows:1. Definition of the relevant theoretical analysis and concepts. The thesis firstly expounds two basic related theories, competitiveness theory and value chain theory; then immediately introduces the concept of venous industry, arteries industry, circular economy and the relationship between them, overview the development of Venous industrial park home and abroad.2. The analysis of the Venous Industrial Park's operation and competitive environment. This thesis analyzes the Venous Industrial Park's external competitive environment Using Porter's five forces model, and then studies the Park's internal value chain operations as well as its core competitiveness by the value chain analysis theory.3. Venous Industrial Park's competitive recognition and the construction of competitiveness rating index system. The thesis defines the competitiveness factors of venous industrial park, based on value chain theory, combined with analysis of production operations and work flow in Venous Industrial Park, and then uses redundancy check and correlation analysis to determine competitiveness evaluation index system, which includes 54 indicators in three-tier evaluation index system of four major categories—basic activities, complementary activities, additional activities and VIP's ability to integrate overall resources.4. Construction of Venous Industrial Park Competitiveness Evaluation Model. The thesis uses Delphi method and AHP method to determine the comparison matrix then the weight of each index, and using expert scoring method to determine the fuzzy relationship matrix, then integrating comparison matrix and fuzzy relationship matrix by fuzzy evaluation method to build the competitiveness of industrial park venous evaluation model.5. Case Study. The thesis takes Tianjin Ziya Circular Eco-industrial Park as an example, through the analysis of Competitiveness Evaluation Model which is constructed previously, the thesis finally worked out Tianjin Ziya Circular Eco-industrial Park's competitiveness rating score is 82.955, which shows its competitiveness is stronger than other similar parks in China.
