A Study On The Development Of Hebei Ski-tourism

Skiing has a long history. As the derivatives of skiing and tourism, Ski tourism has the dual role of fit and healthy and enjoying the scenery Therefore, the ski tourism in our country though in an early stage of development, it is the favorite fashion as a way of life for the majority of tourists. In recent years, ski resort in terms of quantity, quality and size have made rapid development, but there are many problems in the ideas of operation and development of ski resorts, and there is a big gap compared with the foreign country. At the micro level, many investors take ski tourism as platinum industry, thus leading to blind investment of resources and environmental damage. At the macro level, the state is scarce of specific policy provisions for skiing and ski tourism, thus the vulnerabilities of management and accidents easily exist and breed.Although Hebei Province as well as its neighboring provinces and cities are in northern China, belonging to the area with rich snow resources, but it relatively has few large-scale ski resorts. And on the existing ski resorts, there are more speculative and blindness in the course of its development and construction. This paper focuses on the country, settled in Hebei, paying more attention to the problems and development trends of ski resorts in Hebei Province, it analyzing the developmental frame of ski resorts in Hebei province with implanting the club system which is popular in the foreign ski club, thus bringing the reference of operation and development for the ski tourism enterprises in Hebei Province.The main content of this article is divided into 4 parts. The first part is an introduction. Firstly it introduces the research background and methods and combs the domestic and foreign ski tourism research in the form of the literature review. The second part is the ski tourism profile, mainly consists of three parts:first, to define the basic concepts, the second, to illustrate the theories the paper involves, the third is the current situation of domestic and international Ski Industry overall description and argumentation. Part three focuses on the Ski Industry of Hebei, with Qingliang Mountain Ski Resort as the empirical research for the problems in Ski Industry in Hebei Province, collecting data on its investigation and evidence, further defines the specific problems in Hebei Ski Industry. The forth part is the measures and development trend. For the existing specific problems in Hebei Ski Industry, it proposes the measures including cultural support, industry support, strengthen infrastructure construction, strengthen the construction of environment. And further, based on the development trend of China's ski resorts, it explores the construction and development trend of ski resort in Hebei Province, and to discus the developmental prospects of its running.
