Research On The Structure Of Achiebing Modular Production

Under the impetus of economic globalization and information technology, the production of Enterprises in Western developed countries has transferred from Large -scale production to mass customization which was Customer-Centered, small -batch and personalized, so the Industrial structure has been revealed the trend of vertical separation. With the rise of modular production, the organizational structure of the modular has being a new Form of Industry Organization which fits for the Extensive cooperation between enterprises.By separating and integrating modules according to special design rules,it can manipulate complicated systems and processes. Modularity now is the nature of the new industrial structure that widely used in social production. In order to provide a reference for selecting competitive behavior of enterprises and upgrading the industrial structure,this paper builds up a relatively complete organizational structure of the modular production, and also analyzes the Functional orientation of enterprisesrelationship between them.Chapter 1 is introduction,including the theory of modularity. Chapter 2 constructs an organizational forms to support modular production:to make a functional orientation between members in system; analyze interactions from the aspects of the same standard system, different standard system in the same industry or in the different industry,and then argue that it has a good market effect . Chapter 3 main analyse the mechanism of outsourcing relationship between System Integrators and Module Suppliers,the diverse forms of outsourcing in different periods of the formation of product concept,at the same time ,using principal-agent model to design systems Integrators's outsourcing contracts so as to control the risks involved in the process of outsourcing.Chapter 4 proposes some policy recommendations about carrying out modularity in some industries from two aspects,which are on the basis of theoretical analysis above. On the one hand,many advises should be proposed to formate the structure of modularity;on the other hand, In the process of industrial development, system integrators should raise the level of contract managements to improve their utsourcing capabilities.All the above can formate the structure of modularity better,and promote the upgrade and development of the industries.
