With the increasingly fierce social competition, service income takes bigger andbigger proportion in the income of manufacture, which makes it a inexorable trend thatmanufacturing firms must place an emphasis on service-dominant logic fromproduct-dominant logic. Service-dominant logic pays more attention to use value, emphasizing co-creative value in the process of interaction between customers and firms. All these need integrate the separated service from production and transfer perspectivefrom concentrating on interior process optimization to interaction between customers andfirms. The design of business process modules has the features of high independence andlow coupling, which can cope well with external customer demand changes through quickseparation and combination. Through matching the process modules and customerdemands enterprises can realize the purpose of interaction with customers so thatenterprises can meet customer needs initiatively, so it’s a good way to improve processflexibility and efficiency. The service matching of modules can integrate the product andservice and through the whole process interaction realize co-creation value, which bringsmore advantages for the manufacturing enterprises. This thesis tries to design a set of methodology in order to manage the interaction ofvalue co-creation. First of all, we define the related concept of modular in manufacturing, based on this we distinguish standardized activities and the unique activities that can bringcompetitive edges. Secondly, we study the measurement method of service modules andform modularization function that can be used for measuring the independence andcoupling of a module. And then we use DSM for modularity. First step, obtain modulesthrough matrix transformation and clustering, second step, adjust modules throughmodularization function. At last, we use QFD for matching service element and process modules with the purpose of co-creation value. Modularized service matching method canintegrate production and service. At the same time, interaction of the overall process canbring co-creative value, which can help manufacturing enterprises place an emphasis onservice-dominant logic from product-dominant logic.
