During the knowledge economy,the developing of enterprise is increasingly depended on human capital. Human capital has become a key creation of capital in corporate value, and it has increasingly become an inevitable trend for human capital to share residual income. The scholars of domestic and outside have done a great deal of study and discussion in theoretical research and practical applications. However, how to quantify the contribution of human capital in the enterprise's value creation and how to determine the amount of human capital in the remaining distribution in the enterprises, have always been one of the focus problems for the academic.The paper applied different research methods, such as quantitative analysis and qualitative research, empirical research and comparative analysis. On the basis of concluding the related theories, this paper analyzed the reason and basis of human capital sharing enterprises'remaining allocation. the whole calculation process of human capital contribution rate was researched, including specific model, empirical analysis.The article, researching the publicly available data and relevant information of A-share listed High-tech companies of Jiangsu province, calculates the contribution of human capital, through comparative analysis of the results, we find out some problems about human capital contribution rate in high-tech companies of Jiangsu province. Finally, make policy recommendations of human capital investments from the point of long-term development.
