T-information Technology Solutions Study

As early as 2006, when he was Minister of Science, Xu Guanhua said:"China has become a large manufacturing country, but the weakness of the innovation ability becomes "bottleneck" when China's manufacturing participates in international competition. Informatization is the basic way from a large manufacturing country to a manufacturing power." So far, although the informatization of SMEs has obvious difference, but with the whole society has entered the era of informatization, informatization construction of SMEs is very deficient; still need to constantly perfect, especially small and medium-sized manufacturers.As we know, most of Manufacturers is small and medium-sized enterprises. The author has studied lots of professional literature and journals about informatization and enterprise management. With T-Yacht who is typical small manufacturing company as a case, the article deeply studies the informatization of the small and medium manufacturing enterprises by combining theoretical study and practical research, combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. First of all, through a typical case, the article described T-Yacht's status, summary concludes in common problems. Secondly, the article analysis and study problem solving for the informatization of typical small manufacturing enterprise, and set T-Yacht as an example, to provide the reference for the informatization of typical SMEs, and analysis the reason of restraint in informatization. Finally, the article put forward the basic scheme of informatization for T-Yacht, and provides a reference case for many small manufacturers. The author hopes that this article has very good guidance for informatization of other small manufacturers.
