Shopping online was gradually infiltrated into the daily lives of consumers. As one pattern of e-commerce, C2C had improved greatly in the position in our country. C2C e-commerce development was faced with not only great opportunities, but also many crises. The existence of credit risk discouraged many consumers. It was significant that the research on the customer-oriented perceived credit risk early-warning to guarantee the healthy and stable development of the C2C e-commerce and protected the legal rights and interests of consumers.The C2C e-commerce credit risk can be divided into buyer risks and seller risks. According to the actual situation and research need, this paper chose customer-oriented perceived credit risks as object of study. The causes of customer-oriented perceived credit risk were analyzed and identified. A system of early warning indicators was established. The credit risk assessment model of the C2C e-commerce customer-oriented perceived were built which mainly using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and assisted by AHP and Delphi methods. The empirical data was obtained through questionnaire survey issued online which covered the different regions and different people. In the meantime, its reliability and validity coefficients were very high, so it had a certain use value. With this survey data, the credit risk assessment model of the C2C e-commerce was empirical analyzed.The results showed that the current C2C e-commerce customer was facing moderate credit risk which mainly caused by the seller, the network platform providers and legal factors. Starting with the above three aspects plus technical factor, this paper demonstrated some corresponding early warning measures.
