Research On Intra-supply Logistics Cost Analysis And Control In Coal Enterprises

With the starting and developing of the logistics science in our country, logistics cost has become the focus. To reduce the logistics cost has become the main research orientation in logistics field. The intra-supply logistics cost of coal enterprises occupy a larger proportion, so the study of intra-supply logistics cost analysis and control in coal enterprises, has much more important significant to enhance the coal enterprise's economic effectiveness and the market competition capacity.At first,this paper research on construction of intra-supply logistics cost,according to the functional attributes, the intra-supply logistics cost divides into management cost,information cost,delivery cost,stock cost. According to the actual intra-supply logistics work processes in the coal enterprises, analyze all the parts of supply logistics costs. And to use the ABC theory, research on the intra-supply logistics cost accounting and control in coal enterprises, clarifies procedure,content of intra-supply logistics cost in coal enterprises, establishes the accounting table, on the basis of added value and value of the intra-supply activities, to control the all kinds of activities costs, establishes based on quantity mixed VMI stock management model, to optimize the delivery and inventory system. At last, this paper detailed research on the appraisement of controlling intra-supply logistics cost in coal enterprises. Based on BSC theory, establishes evaluation index system of intra-supply logistics cost control based on fuzzy mathematics theory, establishes the half-structure multi-object fuzzy comprehensive evaluating model for performance of intra-supply logistics cost control, to evaluate performance of intra-supply logistics cost control in coal enterprises.
