In the district, banks, military, shops, industrial monitoring etc high-sensitive areas, preserving the exception information in the event of unusual circumstances is to analyze and process later data. At the same time, due to the improvement of the front detector performance, systems for the storage capacity, size, cost and stability, have put forward higher requirements. Therefore, the development of reliable performance, small size, low cost, low power consumption of the image acquisition and intelligent storage systems is essential.In this paper, FPGA-based high-speed signal acquisition and storage systems solution for image collection and intelligent storage system design is put forward, which is characterized by low-cost, small size, low power consumption and storage convenience.In this paper, based on system design dividing system into modules, and then design each module, completing the final test. System is mainly composed of four functional modules, image acquisition, image display, motion detection and image storage. The paper is as FPGA core to simplify the system and structure, improve system flexibility, which has facilitated the control of the system. Based on Terasic company's DE270 development platform, system use Verilog HDL to drive image sensor TRDB-D5M, cache the images information, and real-time display by TRDB-LTM monitor, combined with Sopc Builder and NiosII, transplant FAT file system, compile the bottom of the preparation of SD card driver, and collect abnormal images as BMP format to store into the SD card.The paper detects image motion using the frame difference method, without human intervention and automatically monitor the environment to determine whether the abnormal event. Due to the FPGA high-speed data-processing capacity, it can be to achieve real-time monitoring of the environment.This paper introduces the various modules of the design and implementation process in detail. After testing, the system achieves the desired function, has better real-time and reliability, small volume, convenient control with a wide range of applications.
