Study And Building Of The Power Business Expansion System Based On Mapinfo

With the high-speed development of power industry, it led the process of the power information. In particular, our current environment of economic construction in full swing, is making power load to be growing, network coverage to be complex and diverse, power line to be complex, and frequent dynamic changes in power system, more and more complicated power grid management and other issues to be highlighted. In this paper, the analysis, design, and implementation process of the whole GIS system in power market expansion has been discussed in depth, and we have developed a suitable application software of power GIS, which is suitable for the power market expansion system, through the modern means of information technology to be used, that is the new information technology of GIS to be introduced into the management system of the power market business expansion, to solve the Complicated problems of on-site investigation and related information parameter management, matching, and so on ,which are the workers of the power market business expansion department in the complex power environment have to face.This research project is one of the main elements of Shanxi electric power company's scientific research project, we has proceed from the practical problems in enterprise, expansion of power system software research and development, and of effectively and efficiently applied its expansion in the management of the power company. Developed software system has reformed the traditional mode of the power marketing business expansion management, and promoting the development of the power information. In the paper,we had been using geographic information platform and analytical tools to solve the current parameters of scientific management, standardization, integration issues, in order to provide decision makers with more comprehensive data and information management based on parameter. In addition, because this software system was implemented on MapInfo development platform, so that with geographic information processing, it not only made the data show more intuitive and convenient, but also help itself the secondary software development and maintenance, so it can meet the needs of large-scale development of the power grid. Obviously, the completion of this software can save a lot of working hours , reduce the number of field surveys and workload。And then it will bring a great convenience to the staff and electricity customers , and better information to comply with the national grid electricity reform requirements, while improving service quality, improving efficiency, saving costs and increasing revenue. In this paper, the problems of China's electric power development and information has been described firstly, and the importance of the information in power market expanding management and its content structure also has been introduced in detail. Then the power marketing industry expanded system has been analyzed in detail, with emphasis on the research of the needs and actual content in the power marketing industry expanded system job, and design a reasonable closed-loop workflow after the introduction of GIS, while the traditional workflow is being improved. Thirdly, with the combination of the basic concept of GIS, select the reasonable development platform and network architecture for the specific design of the systems analysis and organizational processes, and focus the emphasis on the database development principles, the followed principles and specific design of the database to conduct GIS analysis. Fourthly, the details of the actual development and application of the system is introduced. various key technologies and the detailed functions of the system are described, such as hierarchical management, fuzzy queries, location queries, map urban consolidation, CAD system diagram of the connections of the development process, and so on, And focus on the system database development, customer inquiries, line check, streets and other major function of the realization of inquiry detailed analysis and presentation. Finally, the system has been applied to a power company's marketing business process services, and has achieved good economic and social benefits by running.The system not only just can be used in the management of the power market business expansion sector, but also has a good guide and promotional value in power engineering construction and customer service.
