Research Of Hospital Information System Based On Decision Tree

With the large-scale application of Hospital Information System, it improves the level of scientific management of hospital and medical service quality. However, the current hospital information system can not be found to exist in the relationship between the data and rules, lack of data integration and analysis, not to mention the automatic medical decision-making and knowledge acquisition,therefore combining advanced knowledge with medical database to develop assistant diagnostic system, has become an important developing direction.This paper analyzes the present situation of hospital information system both at home and abroad, and introduces the details about the associated data mining technology. This paper improves the commonly used ID3 algorithm. By using the modified ID3 algorithm, taking whether the recurrence of liver cancer prognosis as an example, it presents the whole process of knowledge discovery for data preparing, data mining, model building, interpretation and evaluation of model in detail.Finally, this article applies modified ID3 algorithm to Dongying people's hospital information system, has achieved good effect. It also shows that decision tree technology will have a good use in hospital information system.
