High-purity phosphorous chemical industry technology is an important research and development direction in the phosphorous chemical industry field at present. Zhengzhou University presides over the research work of High-purity Phosphorous Chemical Industry Product Database, Analysis and Testing Technology and Product Standard, based on the National Science and Technology Support Projects during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan Period. Database development on High-Purity Phosphorous chemical Industry process and technology is an important part of the project, and a basic research and development work. Combining the characteristics of phosphorous chemical industry, the computer database technology and the web network, the high-purity phosphorous chemical industry process technology database system is established based on web technology. The main research works are as below:(1) The development status about national phosphorous chemical industry and chemistry and chemical engineering database system at home and abroad, and the application of information technology in the industry technology development have been summarized. The demands and characteristics about the national phosphorous chemical industry information construction have been discussed.(2) The overall design of high-purity phosphorous chemical industry process technology database system, fitting to phosphorous chemical industry development, has been determined. The database system function demand analysis has been discussed. The C/S and B/S database system structure have been analyzed, and the Browser/Server/Database three-layer application system structure has been determined.(3) The current widely used relational databases including Access, SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, have been Compared, and the comparative advantage of SQL Server 2005 has been determined as the database management system. The database organizational and logical structures have been designed. 7 sub-databases including literature database and facts database and the each logical structure module in detail have been taken. (4) The structure and technology about the database web tools such as ASP, PHP. ASP.NET and JSP have been studied, and ASP as the development tool has been selected. The database access technology is ADO. The ASP+ADO+SQL Server integration development model has been to set up. Hereby, the function module design has been developed. The function module including user control module (user management and authority assignment), background function module (database drive module, information publishing module and database maintenance module) and foreground function module (user register module, data search module and process demonstration module) have been established and the function module development has been completed preliminarily.(5) The database system has been further improved on web server security configuration, development tools ASP safety design and SQL Server safety protection, and it has laid the basis of system safety operation.(6) The example demonstration about ASP+ADO+SQL Server integration development model has been presented. The database system test operation shows that the framework of high-purity phosphorous chemical industry process technology database system is able to adapt information construction requirements in the phosphorous chemical industry field. The next work is extending the sub-databases records, serving for the upcoming establishment of micro-decision support system and industry strategy planning.
