The electrocardiogram is the electronic changing curve recording the heart's activities. It has such characteristics as universality, gatherability, acceptability, security and so on. It has exclusiveness from human eyes. The development in computer science makes it possible to carry out relatively accurate dispersing process of electrocardiogram and provides for the study of electrocardiogram data guarantee to minimize errors. This article, after intercepting, parsing, and smoothing conventionally, gathered the 12 leads unites electrocardiogram to read its corresponding data and obtain a heart electrical cycle to contain the P wave, the QRS wave, the T wave correspondence data. Then, carrying on the analysis of variance of electrocardiogram data on the dimension of the P wave, the QRS wave, the T wave's wave amplitude, contains the area, the average value and so on, the excltsiveness of electrocardiogram is confirmed by detailed andcorrect date, and obtains the following results:1. Among people there exists significant difference in electrocardiogram2. There exists significant individual difference in electrocardiogram 12 lead unites in everybody.3. The electrocardiogram contains the P wave, the QRS wave, the T wave amplitude, the area, the average value, and they are possible to be taken as the valuable targets for distinguishing electrocardiogram.4. It is possible of electrocardiogram to use computer to settle in the large scale automatically.
