The disaster event with emergentness and gigantic characteristics such as destroying nature and going hand in hand to social production and the people life,it always priority in being focal point and news report's main issue. As a public broadcaster,TV play a huge role on Disaster statements,media guide, Social mobilization, Soothe people's minds and so on,because of its Unique propagation advantage and resource.But mechanism is affected by external tradition values and internal news report, there exists many problem in TV on medium news report idea, news report method reporting in disaster news.The Journalistic professionalism is important west journalism concept.
