It extended to the nation's 31 provinces, covering the 279 Central Office, more than 2000 the pin set.In order to meet the needs of the newspaper and magazine distribution business between NPS and data exchange system in the Postal Central Office , based on NPS data exchange platform using ESB technology design and implement a data exchange system between NPS and the Postal Central Office. This system achieve two integrated network through the postal system. The NPS National Center servers and the Postal Central Office National Center servers are connected to the ESB servers, the realization of the two system achieve exchanging for data. NPS servers and the Central Bureau servers communications network connectivity throughout the country, so as to achieve the country's largest Internet network interoperability, we will complete the unification of newspapers distributed data generated issued to meet the needs of newspaper and periodical distribution business.Firstly, ESB technology is introduced in the paper briefly, as well as use the technology to build the NPS data exchange platform design; the NPS and other business systems for interactive data analysis; focus of the NPS system and the Central Bureau of the data interaction. Finally the paper presents the project for the interactive design between NPS and the Postal Central Office, describes three important interface specification, and realizes the data exchange between the NPS system and the Central Bureau.
