When the basic functions of a product achieve certain level, the enhance of the function will have less influence on the satisfactory of the customers. Relatively, in pace with the increasing exciting factor, the customers will gain more happy feelings, along with the increasing of the satisfactory. In other words, how to modeling a product to meet the sentimental and symbolic needs of customers besides providing the function factor, so as to enhance the exciting factor is a topic which worth deep study. The developing of the Kansei Engineering, providing designers with quantitative determination skills, so as to know more about the correlation between the product morphological features and customers'sentimental feelings.According to questionnaires, the former three stages apply cluster analyses, factor analyses selecting representative phone samples and image words, creating the form elements table of mobile phone. In the stage four, a questionnaire survey by semantics differential methods was carried out. In terms of the analytic result of Quantification TypeⅠ, we can establish the rules about product form underlying the consumer's preference image. Finally, on account of the college students'most expected semantics adj. to design the mobile phone sculpt which suits the preference of this certain population by using the corresponding sculpt rules.
