The Designment And Implementation Of Commercial Bank It Management Platform

With the commercial bank services expansion, the level of informationization becomes higher. Information technology sector in a bank provides important support for corperate business sector.Through working platform construction, IT sector needs to design scientific, reasonable, precise, effective management model to accelerate work flow implementation, standardization, automatization and systematism and to improve the risk control capability and management level.IT Workplace System II is a project, which is based on the IT information as well as the existing IT status, to set up the standardized management of IT information of the whole back system, and serve as the information base for the management of the bank headquarter to directly check up IT information and summary information. Meantime It will be integrated with ECM and UAAP to form the only entry of the IT management platform, and implement the saving of none structured data i.e. attachment etc., utilizing ECM and UAAP, with the aim to improve the IT management system.I am an employee of Information Technology Sector of China Construction Bank .During the project construction, I participate in demand analysis, research and development, trial running and staffwork after formal running.Especially with my special working experience, I am engaged in IT personal management, operation management ,training management and routine management module part in it.
