China Financial Ic Card Issuing System

With the deepening of financial information, traditional bank cards cannot meet the increasing demands of financial security because of lower security. Therefore, replacing the magnetic stripe cards with IC cards has become urgent for financial security.In this paper, we put how to build Financial IC card issuing system based on Chinese standard as the starting point, detailed the construction background, complete system needs analysis and structural design, collate Financial IC card issuing process, achieve the developing of key system and data preparation system. This system fulfills the managing of Card Issuer's certificates, the generating of IC card key and the producing of personalized preparation data for card. It also provides the sound technical interface for the connection of the issuing process between the upper and lower systems, what can ensure the rapid card issuing of commercial banks.
