Research On The Application Of Workflow Technology Based On Moss

With the change of enterprise operation ways, many companies were trying to improve collaboration and sharing, and ensuring information security and privacy. Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 brings various technologies into a single integrated platform and enterprise services collection. These technologies include collaboration, portals, enterprise search, workflow and business processes and so on. Workflow technology plays an important role in the enterprise information. It becomes a hot topic in recent years for how to implement workflow applications on MOSS platform with Microsoft and majority workflow researchers.Firstly, based on careful study about MOSS workflow, proposed a workflow management system implementation. Designed a common workflow engine based on Windows Workflow Foundation state machine workflow, elaborated the design process of each component in the engine in detail, and gave the engine's routing algorithm, task instance algorithm and algorithm analysis. Designed the visualable process configuration tools, gave the design of XML workflow process templates and email templates.Secondly, in order to increase the security of MOSS workflow, based on careful analysis about MOSS rights management system, combined with the existing workflow access control model, extend the original access control model of MOSS, introductioned new modeling elements, proposed a secure workflow model based on MOSS platform. Gave the formal definition and the graphic description of the model, elaborated the grant relationship in the model and the model's implementation process in MOSS system.Finally, applyed the research to specific project, achieved a complete workflow application system. And the true business data validated that the the workflow implementation is feasible.
