Science And Research Information Management System Of Tjau

The management of science and research information is one of the most important affairs. To construct an information platform on campus net can implement the network management of science and research information. This will lead to the changing of ways and methods of management, enhancing of opening and sharing of scientific research archives and improving the cooperation between university and enterprise. The task originates from the youth fund of Tianjin Agricultural University. Being combined with the idiographic characteristic of TJAU, the science and research information management system of TJAU has been designed and developed based on the detailed analysis of the process of colleges and universities.According as the practical requirements of the scientific research information management of TJAU, corresponding function model and data flow are set in the system, designs for every function model and databases are accomplished, meanwhile the security of the system is analyzed, designed and discussed. The science and research information management system of TJAU is implemented adopting C/S and B/S hybrid structures. With SQL Server 2005 as the background database, Visual Studio .NET 2005 as development environment, the system is achieved. Using C# as programming language, the system actualizes project information write-in and scientific research data inquiry at browser end as well as such function as project information, achievements in scientific research of lead-in, lead-out and printing. With the friendly user interface and reliable data-safe mechanism, the system may improve, to a certain extent, both in management efficiency and quality of science and research information management employment. The system has a greater future.The methodologies of the system development are discussed in this thesis along with the technical meanings. This paper construes the process of development along with the conception of the system security. And this lays solid foundations for the following up exploitation.
