A Study On The China's Alerting News Of Present Time Through China News Award

As the whole world steps into the new century, we have already facing the unprecedented challenges. We can see extremely serious possibilities of risk,change, social unrest lie with social flourish. Under such a context, the degree and the level of ourselves social risk booming and affecting us as nobody ever seen before. This is really a battle which we can't retreat from. When mention to the media, more responsibility should be taken.Though alerting news is thought to be the ideal tool to deal with crisis, as a matter of fact we do not build the perfect system for better academic research and practical usage. We can see its effort for a safer world in the battle of SARS, bird flu and financial crisis, but there is more to be done than to be said.This paper is trying to do some analysis about alerting news by using four parts. Chapter one is centered in concluding the existing research findings in order to paving the road for the following chapters.Chapter two is mainly about to finding out the origin, meaning, characteristics and so on about alerting news. Some shallow opinions will be given in this chapter.Chapter three is going to give the alerting news and the real world a linkage by a empirical study about the news in China News Award. First, we are now living in a more and more risky world, which is one hypothesis will be taken out subjectively and objectively. Second, according to the former results, some conclusions about alerting news will be made. Finally, giving the reasons from different perspectives to explain those phenomena.Chapter four will back to reality. Shortcomings in development about it will be emphasized through some examples as the first part. How we can use alerting news more wisely and precisely should be the focal points of remaining part.
