Data Mining Technology And Rss Technical On Electronic Library Application

Digital Library has received more and more attention for its large amount of information, taken up less space,quick renewal and not subject to restrictions of time and space。However, due to information resources has strong goal-oriented, the same information for different users shows different value. Personalized service is the hinge for different people include different taste, it's the important mean for the user to adapt to the diverse needs,and it's an important measure for the library to adapt to diversify the sources of information.In this paper, the article elaborated the methods of improving the existing functions of the electronic library, one of the main train of thought is to realize the personalized library information services. In this paper, it poses a more practical solution that it uses data mining technology and RSS technology, through data mining to collect user interest and use the RSS technology to push the interested information to users, so as to achieve the personalized service. In the experiment on the existing electronic library functions it increases the number of modules: 1. RSS- on-line browsers, 2. date mining of browsing history , 3. clustered the user having the similar interesting , 4. subscripted to page information, 5. push the information to the user having the interesting .In this paper, the major technical problems and solutions for the system were discussed, design and realization, 1. Using the SQL statement to take the user interest from the lending records , 2. Using the clean technology Web log and SQL Server2005 Data Mining Clustering features in Microsoft technology with a similar interest to dig out the user groups, 3. Using the XML data conversion technology to realize the database data change into XML formation data , 4. Using the ASP.NET technology to design the online RSS browser, 5. achieved the RSS information services push.First this article introduced the current situation of the Data Mining Technology and RSS technology in the Library's application, it shows the personalized services of the library is an inevitable trend. Then, the school's digital library personalized service have been studied and discussed the establishment of a personalized models of the library in theory and technology,. Finally, the part of achieve specific is to improve the function of Zhengzhou digital library. The library system for the existing inadequacies in this article to the original system was expanded. It has completed the system testing in the end.
