Optical Coherence Tomography(OCT)is a new high-resolution and non-invasive method of the optical imaging. It has a broad application field in research and clinical. The OCT system bases on the low coherence interference, and can obtain the microstructure which is under the tissue surface. Its axial resolution is up to 1-20μm.Using the high-resolution OCT system in the clinical diagnosis, which is benefit for the early diagnosis and monitor of the common oral diseases such as caries. In this paper, on the base of previous research in our laboratory, the all fiber high speed time-domain OCT system software and the three-dimensional reconstruction software are developed. The high speed time-domain OCT system software implements the signal control and data acquisition in LabVIEW. The main functions of this program are control program of MDL, FPGA synchronization control, the real-time acquisition mode based on software trigger, the high speed acquisition mode based on hardware trigger and so on. The high speed system is achieved by combined the software with FPGA, and the two-dimensional grayscale image is reconstructed by the one-dimensional signal envelopes. To use the shear-warp algorithm to reconstruct optical coherence tomography 3D images of vitro teeth, and visualize the internal organizational structure by adjusting the opacity transfer function and using the illumination model. 3D reconstructed images are convenient for doctors to locate lesions and diagnose early dental caries. The interactive functions are provided, such as 3D image can be rotated and cut, reconstructed section, adjusted opacity transfer function, saved image and so on. The 3D reconstruction program is developed in VC++, and also packaged as ActiveX control in order to achieve the reconstruction function in LabVIEW.
