As paperless office is becoming a trend,electonic documents have been widely used.A large number of classfied information are in form of electronic documents in many levels of government and military research institutes and other departmants.So the security of electronic document becomes an issue. As electronic documents are generated,modified, copied, removed and transfered in the classfied environment, it is necessary to build a secure server to protect them from leakage.In the process of constructing secure server, the services processes supported by the server are changed frequently because different departments implement the protection measures according to their own need. This not only limits the security server's occasions, but also increaments the development and maintenance cost of the secure server. In this paper, A new theory of atomic nodes is proposed, and has been applied successfully to build a secure server based on atomic-level node which is services processes reconfigurable. The main contents of this paper and the results are as follows.First of all, the thesis analyzed the typical business supported by the secure server, and described the specific changing forms of service process,so as to better modeling of the server business.Next, this paper proposed the concept of atomic nodes, and analysised the atomic nodes's function, design principles and implementation in detail,extending the functionality of the atom node. Through these efforts, this paper addressed how to deal with the business process changes supported by the server.Finally, by using the atomic nodes concept, we built a secure server based on atomic nodes and achieved the goal of business process reconfiguration.The test results show that the secure server has a good performance in response to the rapid business processes changes in secure server,and has a good feasibility.
