Newspapers and periodicals distribution business is an important and traditional component of the postal business. So its well operation is of great significance to the development of postal offices. With the construction of the distribution information system, Newspapers and periodicals distribution business has made substantial progress in the respect of production operation, centralized management and business analysis. Press clubs and self-distribution, the involvement of the private channels, newspapers and periodicals distribution operations also faced with severe challenges. In September 2006, distribution information system of newspapers and periodicals is completed and put into operation. It uses the national centralized pattern. The data and the application are saved and the deployed in the national center. It also has the ability to add the new service on new requirement. To satisfy the requirement of the country's newspapers and periodicals distribution business development, China Post Group Corporation decides to build online subscription subsystem which based on the existing distribution information system. It can improve the levels of the distribution business information system in all aspect, effectively improve and enhance the management and the decision-making levels, and promote distribution business development continuously and stably.On-line subscription business can make the user operate at home with no limite of time and region. And it can make the user eaily complete the subscription and payment by internet way. This service will become a good reinforce of the traditional subscription. The system carries on the foundation of the national centralized distribution information system of newspapers and periodicals and the use the existing equipment and the foundation service data. The system uses the mixed mode of three-tier C/S structure based on Tuxedo transaction middleware and three-tier B/S structure based on Weblogic platform to build the system of the production and the management, and uses ESB products based on the JMS to build the Bulk data exchange platform within the system and with the interconnected system, and use a service-oriented (Services) of the SOA architecture design concepts in design and implement for the entire software application system. All the core services use standard C and Pro * C encapsulated into service (Services) means to achieve, and all the services are deployed in the national center for application server cluster.This thesis introduced the requirement analysis of the online subscription subsystem and the key technology; described the design principles and design consideration factors of the online subscription subsystem; explained the access and rehabilitation programs in detail. It also describes the system optimization program. Finally, summarize the designed and implemented of the sysmtem's main function.
