Telecommunication industry has developed very rapidly in recent years, populace demand on the mobile communication constantly improve. With continuing mobile network construction, how to dispose the resources reasonably and does the suitable optimized work, has become an important means and the work content for the mobile communication operator to promote the service level unceasingly, the safeguard correspondence quality, enhances the customer degree of satisfaction.The network optimization works needs rearrange the network resource to achieve a reasonable and efficient use, based on network needs and development. This is a long-term work to handle all kinds of network problem, such as network congestion, poor coverage, poor call quality, dropped calls, handover failure, and so on. The network optimization work is an important part for the actual operation of CDMA network.This paper first obtains from the CDMA principle, through the theory study, we have a profound understanding to the CDMA network's elementary knowledge. On this basis, combined with the actual situation of Taiyuan Telecom CDMA network, we proposed the lamination area optimized ideas for Taiyuan telecom, then we introduce some basic optimization measures taken. In order to promote the quality of Taiyuan telecom's wireless network, this paper focuses on several topics for the current network optimization are described, by comparing the network indicators and other, the paper describes the effectiveness and practicality of thematic work. Be to reach the purpose of instructing practice work, several typical cases of the practical work are classified, summarized, summary. Althoug the network quality of Taiyuan Telecom had improved through a phase of work, the practical work still have some problems, this paper has pointed out these questions finally.
