Thin-film solar production line automation system is a software system which combines semiconductor manufacturing technology and factory automation system.This automation system collects all the informations of devices and work-in-process products of Thin-film solar production line, initializes productive activities, and is capable of timely guiding, dealing with and reporting the activities of production.so that it can give quickly responding to production status and conditions which can be changing at any time.The automation system is devided into four modules according to its function logic.The four modules are actual devices of production line, El platform for managing and Coordinating devices, MES platform for storing and managing all the production data and OGUI as a human-computer interaction interface. The thesis introduces and analyzes development platform of all the four models and communication modes of Adjacent levels, points out the essential to simulate the real devices under constraints of developing environment,takes ACLS device which delivers panels during production activities as an example to research the design method of ACLS simulator and finally gives the ways to achieve,introduces ways of data management at El and MES platform especially the design of strategy at El and workflow at MES,gives the way to code ACLS device on OGUI considering MVC design pattern.The thesis takes ACLS as an example to describe implementation procedure of ACLS in the four models of automation system, and finally makes a success of system debug, therefore the problems of process control, device management, alarm process and other aspects during the production activities of Thin-film solar production line are solved at a software level.
