With the amplification of party branch and the increase in party members, the administration of party members is becoming more and more complicated and hard. Designing a suitable information management system has become a major way to improve efficiency and reduce the work of staff. There has been a significant increase in the number of party members and party branches in our town. We have two authority branches and fifty-seven rural branches with about two thousand party members. The original manual management has been unable to meet the new needs of the situation, so it is urgent to adopt the information management system. According to an investigation, we still have no party information management system that meets the actual situation of our town. The former management system can only store information and can cause the waste of resource--especially the waste of paper during the public evaluation. So in order to solve these problems,save energy and protect our environment,and also to become more familiar with the knowledge learned, we need to understand all the situation we may encounter in the process of the system development, to accumulate more experience and put our knowledge into practice.The toll used in the development of party information management system is MyEclipse 7.0.The built environment is the popular C/S system structure which is supported by this platform. This can contribute to a loosely coupled system which can have efficient development and easy maintenance.This system gives a general overview of the information management system of party members, as well as the development model and functional requirements. It describes the general design of information management system and the internal working mechanism of the system. It uses structure diagrams and flowcharts to specifically design other parts of the icon on the system. Finally, the database of the system is designed with details. Through the business process diagram and timing diagram between specific functional modules, the core function of the system can be designed with great details. We can also have a general overview of this system and describe its function through the working prototype map. At the same time, it introduces the specific algorithms and development environment of the system and uses part of the code to describe the specific achievement of the functions.The operation of the system shows that the design and implementation of information management system can meet the needs of staff management and it makes it more convenient for the information management. This system will have broad application prospects.
