As a new technology for information acquisition and processing, the wireless sensor networks (WSN) has a wide application prospect and high value in lots of domains like military, environment, health care, home, which makes its security issue becomes an important problem.Firstly, the dissertation introduces the basic concepts, features and applications, discusses the security goals and main security technology, then gives a detailed introduction to the evaluation of key management and several classic key pre-distribution schemes, presents the ideas behind these schemes and analyzes the performance. Secondly, under the polynomial-based key pre-distribution scheme, a novel key pre-distribution scheme is proposed based on bivariate polynomial and one-way hash chain, it can solve the sensor nodes compromised effectively and enhance the security. Thirdly, under the cluster network model, use of the domain information, the sensor nodes are divided into some clusters, the sensor nodes in the same cluster are supposed to be deployed from the same point at the same time, promotes a cluster-based key pre-distribution scheme. It guarantees that two neighbor cluster heads can set up a pair-wise key directly, every two sensor nodes in the same cluster can also establish a pair-wise key directly, decreases the overhead of storage and communication, and enhances the network security. At last, a efficient and resilient shared-key discovery protocol by using privacy homomorphism and bloom filter is proposed, both performance and simulation results prove that the proposed protocol is better resilient against the smart attack in the condition of taking up a little communication and computation cost, and the protocol is implemented in the Embedded experiment devices.
