Research And Application Of Social Collaboration Oriented Task Assignment System

Development of communication technologies and social networking makes the links between people more closely. Dense social networks have changed the way of work and collaboration in the present world. It has an effect on the various walks of life,and force people in pursuit of high-efficiency and low-cost to make changes to adapt to the new environment. Thus the concept of social collaboration was born. Social collaboration expects to use the network environment and other tools and technologies which provide supports, to organize and utilize the existing decentralized resources rationally, so that different business goals can be meet.And task assignment system is a very important basis and precondition for social collaboration to allocate resources reasonably. This paper described and designed social collaboration oriented task assignment system with process model, ability label, evaluation of process model instance, task assignment methods, runtime environment and other aspects, provided a viable basic solution.The main work of this paper is as follows.① Analyzed the effects of network collaboration, studied crowdsourcing and witkey mode, summarized their characteristics, advantages and disadvantages, put forward the concept of social collaboration, described the features, goals and approaches of social collaboration, and analyzed the development of related platforms in China and abroad.② Studied the ways of combining SOA with BPM and the principles of workflow model, lucubrated process model and evaluation of process model instance, summarized existing task assignment methods and techniques, comprehended the social networking platform, mobile application platform and other and associated support technologies.③ Analyzed difficulties that social collaboration oriented task assignment system would overcome, proposed process model, ability label, evaluation of process model instance, task assignment methods and other core issues needed to be solved, described the goals should be achieved of those core issues.④ Designed solutions for core issues of social collaboration oriented task assignment system. The overall solution contains introduction of process model with ability label, evaluation of process model instance, methods of task assignment and runtime environment that supports multiple terminal access. All of these solutions were described the designed in detail.⑤ Simply introduced the implementation methods and procedures of some critical technologies in social collaboration oriented task assignment system, designed the algorithms for process model graphical displaying and automatic task assignment, described how to use supporting technologies and platforms including calling interfaces and using frameworks.⑥ Designed and implemented an example for social collaboration oriented task assignment system to apply the solutions proposed in this paper, improved the original business process of the case, implemented a mobile APP as a route for user access, showed the running conditions of the example.
