With the fierce market competition and rising human-centered humanistic management system, Container industry require workers extricate from the adverse pollution environment,at the same time ensure the welding quality and welding efficiency. As the welding type, welding technology and welding environment of container welding are different, it is difficult to design a robot to meet a variety of welding tasks. Therefore, it has important practical significance to design the special container reinforcement plate welding robot.Welding positioning system of container reinforcement plate major research weld corner detection algorithm under complex environment, and ported to the DSP integrated development environment, concrete contents as follows:First, the realization of welding seam identification algorithm on the PC platform implementation. In the welding orientation system of container reinforced plate, to aquire the position information of the welding image accurately is the key step to improve the welding precision. This article compares advantages and disadvantages among several common corner detection operatord, the real welding images were processed as well as extraction of "L" corner of the six information panels in the VC environment, ultimately determine to use the Harris corner detection algorithm to extract the corner welds, verify the feasibility of the method in the whole welding orientation system, experimental results show that the error range maintained within 2mm, which can achieve good results in the welding orientation system of container reinforced plate.Second, the migration and optimization of welding seam recognization algorithm in the DSP platform. As the DSP with high-speed, compact, easy to carry, it is a good choice to use the DSP instead of PC. But because of programs running on different platforms, both of the compiler is not fully consistent with the requirements of C language. Therefore, the data type, bitmap header structure, variable declaration, access need to be modified,so that the Harris corner detection algorithm can be successful compiled in the DSP Code Composer Studio, In addition, in order to achieve real-time processing robot, from the compiler options, directives, and other aspects of storage space is optimized in this paper.Based on researching about the weld detection algorithm under complex environment,a real-time, reliable weld corner extraction method was achieved in the DSP platform,it lays a good foundation for further study to develop a container welding robot based on DSP.
