The Research On Psychology Of Interpersonal Problems Of Students In Agriculture College

The good interpersonal exchange is the premise and foundation for college students to set up the harmony interpersonal relationship and is also an important insurance for the survival and development of college students. Compared with 90 in the 20th century, the problem of interpersonal exchange has become the largest psychological problems perplexing the college students. The college students, as a special group, face the fierce competition and increasingly powerful social and psychological stress, how to recognize and correctly handle the psychological problems in the interpersonal exchange of college students has extremely important meaning. With the market economy development and education system reform of our country, the modern society has put forward higher requirements to the interpersonal exchange of college students.Taking Henan agricultural university for example, this article was based on investigation questionnaire and researched deeply directed against the psychology of interpersonal exchanges of the students who are in agricultural college .The first department of this article intruduced the signification and styles of interpersonal exchanges beginning with conceptions, and explored the university students have special associations characters the special group of youth ,and then affirmd the important signification of association for studentds. The second department stressed the the healthy psychology which studentds sguold have and the effects on the students′interpersonal exchanges. The third department revealed the prominent problem and psychological bstacles of interpersonal exchanges among university students, including a sense of inferiority, Self-centeredness, lonely and jealousy. And analysed the differences of interpersonal exchanges through interviewing ,discussing and researching four fields: sexes,grades,city and country, the only child and the child who has brothers and sisiters. The forth department analysed the subjective reasons from the cognitive bias, attributional bias, character flaws and lack of character flaws,and inevitable objective reasons caused by society,family and school, directed against these finding problems in researching.In fact, the forming of psychological problems of interpersonal exchange among the college students is restricted by these two factors. The solution of psychological problems of interpersonal exchange among the agricultural college students is discussed in the fifth part of this article, and also the significance of this study. In light of this, on the one hand to strengthen the ability of interpersonal exchange, on the other hand to improve their own quality, and also taking the mental health education in the regular teaching, organizing the health of the campus cultural activities and the establishment of psychological counseling organization, continue to improve the psychological quality of interpersonal exchange of college students, and offering self adjustment methods for the college students.
