In June 2001, the Outline of Basic Education Curriculum Reform (Trial) issued by the Ministry of Education, which began major reforms in the field of Chinese basic education. In the Autumn of 2004, the reform of the new curriculum in China began, which symbolizes that the curriculum reform started to deepen and extend from compulsory education stage into senior secondary education stage. The reform of the new curriculum, which goes with the tide of international education reform in China, is a great measure to promote competence-oriented education in an all-round way, to cultivate competent people with their own individual personalities, and to develop China's economy and society grow sustainably, quickly and healthily. However, the changes brought by the reform of the new curriculum have brought about some new situations, new problems and new challenges to the traditional school inner administrative mechanism. Therefore, how to optimize the school inner administrative mechanism to meet the demands of curriculum reform becomes vital for the expediting of the effective implementation of curriculum reform. It also becomes an important research project on how to make new curriculum reform go well by optimizing the school inner administrative mechanism.The thesis specializes on how to optimize the school inner administrative mechanism under the background of new curriculum reformation.By researching, this thesis try to reveal the close link between new curriculum reformation and school inner administrative mechanism. On the one hand, the optimization of school inner administrative mechanism can provide suitable external environment for new curriculum reformation to ensure it goes well. On the other hand, the new curriculum not only raises new requests and provides new opportunities for school in every aspect and every link, but also improves the ideas, targets, methods and efficiency in the school administration as a whole. The thesis is an empirical analysis on school administrative mechanism. By Literature Analytic Method,Survey Research,Case Study,Method of Experience Summarization,Experimental Method,Comparison Method etc, this thesis will analyze in depth, the new requirements to the school inner administrative mechanism in the idea, structure, content, administration, goal, evaluation, and teacher profession etc. Besides, it will provide some tactics in optimizing the school inner administrative mechanism from the aspects of the school inner operational mechanism, restrict system, motivate mechanism on the basis of analyzing the problems of the traditional school inner administrative mechanism. The thesis consists of five sections.The first section is the introduction, which explains the purpose and significance of this thesis, the present research progress at home and abroad, the methods used in this thesis and the content of it.The second section explains the background of the new curriculum reform and its important significance.The third one defines the conceptions of school administrative mechanism and explains the new requirements of the reform of the new curriculum to the school inner administration from different sides.The forth one analyzes the problems of the school inner administrative mechanism under the situation of the reform of the new curriculum from the aspects of the school inner operational mechanism, restrict system, motivate mechanism and explains the reason of the problem briefly.And the fifth section puts forward some school inner administration optimizing tactics of dealing with the problems rising under the background of the reform of the new curriculum according to the new requirements of the reform of the new curriculum to the school inner administration.
