Classroom is the stage which is made up of the teacher and students. It is the key to improving the teaching quality. As a kind of new orientation of the relationship between the teacher and students, the harmonious classroom dates from the basic concept of establishing a harmonious society. Establishing the harmonious classroom in secondary vocational school refers to according to the characteristics of students in secondary vocational school to strengthen exchange and interaction with students, guide and inspire the students'professional interest, make students grasp the culture and skill knowledge in the pleasant classroom climate, to improve the teaching quality and teaching level, and finally to achieve the aims of education. Effective classroom management is the base and the crux of establishing harmonious classroom. Only by understanding and analyzing the situation of students thoroughly, the teacher can seize the key to the teaching activities in the classroom, and make each main element of classroom give overall, coordinated, free and full play and interact positively, which improves the development of each student to reach the best degree and the best state, and maximally embodies the value and efficiency of the school education and classroom teaching.
