The Pubic Policy Demand For College Personel System Reform In China

The reform of college personnel system is a breakthrough in the construction of modern university in China.It is a strong policy-related work, namely:government departments macro policy-led and norms to their own colleges as the main body, to carry out a by the "identity management" to" management jobs"change.
