In the graphic design process of teaching, teachers tend to attach importance to the introduction of teaching and student access to knowledge process, but often ignore the incentive for students.It is the premise and conditions for the incentive teaching that Graphic Design students are fillde with confidence and expectation on career prospects. A wide range of employment, demand a large amount of professional of graphic design is essential for social and economic development. College students should be fighting for the great cause of life.The objectives of learning and attitudes of incentive is the premise of teaching graphic design; solving a decadent ideology is beginning of a changed learning attitude.We should develop the principles and methods of learning objectives and attitudes of motivation, according to the characteristics of the students of Graphic design. First of all, in order to inspire the motivity of leaning diligently, we should direct them scientifically; secondly, we should properly handle the relationship between the reward and the need, to enhance the attractiveness of incentive targets; thirdly, we should integrate the material and spirit, and increase incentives; and finally, we should eliminate unfair, and implement the sub-education.Confidence and incentive is a recognition of the students value, and also to be respect the personality of students. The use of motivational incentives method, not only enable students to establish a correct opinion on life, career, but also effectively circumvent the side effects of network, and decrease the negative effects of the network to a minimum. The use of reasonable and effective operations performance evaluation incentives, can make the students self-esteem into self-motivated, promote students to learn the more lessons willingly, and thus make teaching effective...
