New Sensitivity Novel,born in the thirties of last century, because of exploration of its distinctive form, is considered as the earliest school of modernist style.The traditional narration of literary history focus on its exploration of form, criticize of its "decadent "values; And compared with Shanghai Popular writer such as Aileen chang,the history of Shanghai Literature often regard them as literature" Heterogeneous. " Chinese literature narrative has been taken the perspective of the scholar-bureaucrat + peasants, then for the first time the New Sensitivity take the "city" as the narrative object, focus on the Western modernist literary approach to writing, in the traditional literary history and culture have become an exception.Many scholars focus on its exploration of stylistic modernist style, confirm it's the contribution of the form, but also criticize its "non-Chinese" Characteristic have lost the Chinese context. It's complex and profound relationship between the markets, popular culture hasn't been discussed, and needs to be clarified.In this paper, I will use the theory of Cultural Industry, the Communication knowledge and Economics Principle to analyze the selection, interaction and integration between New Sensitivity Novel and the market, returning to the historical site to analyze this process and cause, providing aintrospection on development of the contemporary literature in Market Economy time. In thirties Shanghai's industrial economic is prosperity, and has became a testing ground of popular culture, a highly developed media industry indicates that the time of literature to make living is coming. Modern city, spreading of modern education and development of Western-style entertainment has prepared the first urban public,and thus also promote the birth of "urban literary"market space. From a market segmentation perspective, because of its innovative and "urban" characteristics, the New Sensitivity Novel effectively avoid the homogeneous competition. With the assistance of mass media and the writers's positive adjustment,the new school quickly occupied the staff consumer market. On the other hand because of its distinctive urban and modernity New Sensitivity Novel has enhanced the pictorial, novels and other pop culture character. New Sensitivity Nove:beautiful language, "Polyphony" structure, unique aesthetic style has brought new reading pleasure to new readers, and take the modern mood for a modern city, modern life, modern discourse earliestly to the public dissemination of culture circle in China, opening a mass-market literature maket space.This positive interaction has far-reaching enlightenment on the contemporary literature market.
